Mandatory listing of ALL important stats (tris, material slots, skinned mesh renderers, particles, etc) and more quality control (for allowed unoptimized avatar maximums)

Would be nice to force users to give accurate states of any avatars being sold since they are very unoptimized most of the time to help buyers make a more enlightened choice.
Ideally, also being able to see how the menu look since many are ridiculously overwhelming.
With option to filter out ridiculously unoptimized avatars to find more quality results (exclusing if they have an optimized version alongside the unoptimized one).
Would have some quality control of crazy unoptimized avatars be too much? Most sold are massive PC laggers and lack talent.

Also a added feature of being able to report broken avatars (I bought some on payhip, and also listed on here) and had to redo the whole menu systems almost from scratch. It was never fixed and is being sold for a 50$, which is a steal.

I wanna pop in my two cents here, as well.
Listing things, like how many triangles a tail has or if it's Quest compatible, are such simple things to list that I'm surprised that
- There's not already a dedicated input field for stuff like this
- It's not already mandatory.
I understand the issue with having things as mandatory, but sometimes, I get a model off of a site and it comes with a Blender file and no FBX or even a prefab. I am not always aware of whether or not something will come pre-set up that isn't an avatar base, so having a requirement that you gotta list certain features, such as file formats, triangles, and if it has a prefab or not, will not only help me make a better buying decision, but also help the seller make more money
For example, if I look a a tail, but can't find evidence that it has a prefab set up or a blendshape to hide some spines or fluff, and ultimately pass on it, it will sting MORE when I hear from a friend or acquaintance that not only it has what I want, but also has some features that make me want it more; I could've bought the McGuffin the moment I saw it, but instead hesitated due to a lack of info on the seller's part, which could spur me to not buy from them regardless due to a lack of proper product info on however many items they're selling.
It's like having a food allergy. If you can't eat gluten due to having Celiac, then you're gonna be skeptical about anything that isn't listed as gluten free. Similarly, if your computer crashes each time you run Substance Painter, you'll automatically want to pass on things that don't list that they come with a Photoshop file.
Bare minimum I want to see: A listing of what files are being sold, such as [Contains: FBX, PNG, and SP files] or [Contains: .blend, .unitypackage, and .PSD files], a listing of triangle count for any 3D assets, a field for if it's Quest compatible and if it's iOS compatible, and a field for the lowest rank the avatar can reach [assuming the product is an avatar].

I would like to propose an ammendum; allow us to list these features as filterable values. That is to say, let us put how many triangles a model has and let customers search for models under the different triangle benchmarks for VRC. That way it doesn't necessarily require any more moderation, but it'll improve the user experience.

If I may pitch my 2 cents on this, while I get the desire to know an avatar's performance details before you buy them, and concern for quality control is certainly understandable, forcing creators to give stats in such high detail on the avatars & assets they sell seems a bit extreme, and I would also see that as kind of a pain to try & enforce. If you're concerned about an avatar listing being a ripoff, because it has very little accurate information on the specs, or not even a public sample to try, then just don't buy it. Also, reporting 'broken' avatars seems a bit harsh; a better thing to do, I would say, is to mention that in a review for the product in question, so the creator & other would-be buyers can be well-informed.
