Hello, I use Shadow.tech , which is a personal cloud computer, but it is detected as an “autonomous system number (ASN)” and has been banned from accessing Jinxxy, seemingly since the beginning. The issue is that, for me, this cloud computer IS my everyday PC, I don't use anything else. I pay for it primarily for its power, allowing me to work efficiently on Unity and others to create avatars properly. However, Jinxxy’s blanket ASN ban prevents me (and others in similar situations) from accessing the website at all. You might say "Just use another computer.", but imagine yourself downloading avatars/assets that are sometimes several gigabytes in size, then having to manually upload them somewhere, and then download them again on cloud PC, just to use them. This process can take anywhere 30 minutes to an hour, simply because Jinxxy hasn’t taken the time to differentiate between problematic ASNs and legitimate users like me. Jinxxy is the only website I’ve encountered that blocks all ASNs outright or hasn’t taken the time to whitelist specific ones like mine. I’ve never had this issue on other platforms, so clearly, most websites find it feasible to allow certain ASNs while maintaining security. Would it be possible to reconsider this policy and allow access for legitimate personal cloud computers? While we may be a smaller user base, this restriction is extremely frustrating, forcing us to waste valuable time on unnecessary workarounds. If you’ve read this, understand my situation, and want to support our situation, please consider upvoting this post so Jinxxy can at least take the time to review this feedback. Thank you, Lusiiky
