I got an internal error when trying to save my support contact info data. “Internal data formatting error - Request: o8w5ovjpnc” Screenshot is attached. Refreshing the page didn't work, but restarting the browser did.

Essentially, the search bar goes over top of the menu icon, making it impossible to use. If it helps, I use a Galaxy Fold 4, and the issue happens on the cover screen, which has a 23.1:9 aspect ratio.

I have two avatar products that are showing as duplicate listings and I can't seem to find a way to fix it. The avatars are two different avatars (albeit use the same base) I' not sure if it's because I uploaded them to my Payhip store back to back that caused the flag?

Whenever I attempt to add an image to an email for customers it kicks back this error at me. I'm emailing select people for only a specific product, which I already have selected and has been up for a few months. The image size is 8mb, and the limit size is 25mb. I did exit and come back to the draft and it still reported the same error. Unsure if its my error or something else.

When adding a hyperlink in the product description I do this (which have worked on the old creator dashboard): Write the words I want the link to be attached to > mark the words > click the add link and add the link in the box > Here it just adds the words a second time without a link attached. If I DON'T write the words first and then first start with clicking the add link button and write in the words and add the link nothing happens at all. Found this out while typing this. Temporary fix was to REWRITE the words! The text I used was originally copied from another product and this seemed to not work for the link system in the dashboard, very annoying.

There's ways to create different lists and add avatars and assets to them. Sometimes the avatars/assets are not able to be removed. They kind of still bugs in the list whether the avatar/assets is still available or deleted. The creator of the list can see the item being unselected but still in the list and the visitor of the list can see the items too. Having different ways to delete items in lists would be handy.

If you supply a discord link, the website adds this link but with "null" in font of whatever we enter, making it invalid and not working. The same goes for other links used on our user profiles too which either leads to a blank page or 404 missing site. I checked this by re-entering my discord link and jinxxy still automatically adds null infront of it.

On the main page, creators can post to a feed whats going on for them at the moment and inform about whatever they desire to share, and on this post you can attach pictures or video files. But if you attach a video file it will just display as a black, unplayable video. Attaching picture files works as normal. Having the ability to attach video files up to 25mb on the timeline would be really nice.

Product sales are not respecting the notification settings. Re: 1223

My most recent avatar release was able to support MP4 for the thumbnails. However, in trying to make a new product for upload it says MP4 is no longer supported.
