I'm trying to upload 4k images (3840x2160 and 3328x1872) for my Jinxxy product but when the upload finishes without any visible error and the image fails to load and displays the missing image placeholder. The CDN upload responds with the AccessDenied error code and the location the file would've been uploaded to responds with 403

I've had this issue on my and other storefronts for months now and it happens on every browser. I had been hoping it was a temporary issue and still hasn't been fixed. If anyone scrolls to the bottom of my Products page, the rest of my products don't load. It just spins loading forever. I have a lot of assets in my store and users can't find half of my assets unless they use the search function with my name. There's a virtual convention coming up very shortly and I need users to be able to see my storefront properly, specially as I will be having a sale. I need to be able to reliably link my products page for my convention booth. Please fix the loading issue, or add in the use of indexed pages like the searchable marketplace has. Thank you.

I'm trying to create product cards linked to the BOOTH store, but the products don't show up in the store, and I want to hide the products linked to gumroad. Also, the booth store on jinxxy says I'm not logged in, even though I linked the store I contacted support, and they told me to report it as a bug here.

The price of products has not been updated for almost a week, and is not updated after using the "update store" function Mail res.egor.epn@gmail.com

Emails not sending or a UI bug

Why not be able to disable the sale of specific versions whenever? Right now the only way to stop people from buying a limited product is raising the price (since you can't delete the version otherwise you can't update it), which is not ideal. I think just a toggle for disabling it from the product page would be enough, so you are able to keep updating it if you have to.

I have a lot of assets in my store, and I'd like to be able to make lists of my own products to make it easier for potential or returning customers to find my assets, or even allow me to help showcase assets made for my work by other users. Currently, If I add a product to a list, it just straight doesn't show up in any of my lists I've made. Please fix this useful feature, thank you!

As the title says, my main Jinxxy profile changed months ago and my canny profile has still not updated as of yet.

I'm attempting to send an email to my customers, but the email system doesn't seem to show that any emails have been sent or any stats about the emails. I'm not sure if it's sending anything at all because all of the stats are shown as 0. Trying to send myself a preview email fails as well, giving me the error of ‘channel acquisition timed out’
