Invisible/ Incorrect Checkout Questions
This issue has been ongoing for awhile now, (posted oct 16 2025) and would love to have it solved as soon as possible. here is the issue: How it started: I noticed when checking a customer's checkout information, that one of my "Checkout Questions" appeared double. On the product setup page, I do not have said question listed twice, nor on any other product page. In the "Creator dashboard" for each single product, where the "product specific question" are, those "double questions" still appeared during checkout in the "customer information section" NEWEST UPDATE: To test, I removed all the "checkout questions" from all my Products to see what would happen. CURENTLY: If I add any item to my cart, (or customer- see last photo for reference) the same "double questions" (in this case, discord name is listed twice) still appears in the checkout section / page. No matter what I seem to do / change. What SHOULD be listed as intended in the "Customer Information" checkout section: Discord name VRChat name Customer's Store page requirement for all my products that contain commercial licenses (if a customer is buying a product with a commercial license they must include their store page) Agree to terms of Service Are there any methods or suggestions that allows me to fix this issue? Note: I adjusted the format, but kept the same meaning of the entire paragraph above in hopes that its more clear for everyone to read and understand. I really want to get this issue solved as soon as possible.
