I'm a BOOTH seller, and my latest item hasn't appeared on the shop after 2 months of waiting and manually trying to update it. Then I realized that the names of my products also haven't been updating, as I include the version name on product pages so returning viewers can see they can update their file.

The "updated" marker shows the items have been updated recently, but they don't actually change.

I contacted support and was told to report it as a bug here.
